At the start of coaching engagement, you may expect following approach:

Getting to know you

Here we focus on acquiring self-awareness- we look at accessing what I call your unique constitution-a combination of traits you were born with and traits you have accumulated during your life experience. In practice, it is a holistic consideration of your:

  • body type and personality type
  • thinking and behavioral tendencies
  • repeating patterns in relationships
  • major childhood influential events and woundings
  • the stories about the self that create reality within which you operate
  • thinking habits that cause mental and emotional instability and stress overload

We look at all of these different aspects that make up unique human constitution and behavioral tendencies that are either serving our wellbeing- thus need to be strengthened by awareness; or are non conducive to our highest potential- thus need to be worked on.

Implementing lifestyle changes

We look at establishing:

  • how to manage your time to create space for new practices.
  • body-related lifestyle changes such as creating more effective sleeping and stress management habits and exercise routines tailored to specific goals.
  • learning to recognize different roles of the play of ego, fear, unrealistic expectations, false assumptions and catastrophic exaggerations; while re-focusing attention onto realistic considerations, intuition and objective reasoning.
  • developing useful mental cleanse processes for better management of stressful situations when clients learn to organize their thoughts in order to create mental clarity and prevent falling into a deeper spiral of worry and anxiety.
  • Establishing boundaries for excessive analyzing and rumination and taking actions towards generating new positive thoughts.

During the process of coaching, we may also explore various topics such as:

  • unmet needs from childhood
  • forgiveness to self and others
  • finding the true-self and expressing it freely in a healthy and balanced way
  • working on self-confidence

Oftentimes, in order to achieve mental clarity, prevent anxiety or maintain healthy lifestyle choices, we need to engage in harmonizing relationships. Thus, this is an important component of the coaching sessions. Here, we may focus on improving the quality of relationships whether it is with your business partners, employees or your loved ones.

During the sessions we explore topics such as:

  • Taking responsibility in relationships
  • Learning effective mindful communication skills
  • Nature of dynamics between masculine and feminine behaviors.
  • Hidden reasons for undesired behaviors, unrealistic expectations and stress factors.
  • Awareness of reactionate responses that create emotional pains and misunderstandings within relationships
  • Responding to critical situations with greater emotional stability, resilience and calmness
  • Awareness of self-inflicted stress overload, unhealthy belief systems, mental clutter and how to deal with it
  • Harmonizing relationships by changing approach from self-centered victim mentality to responsibility and empowerment mentality
  • Leading by example by focusing inwards -developing personal integrity between body, mind and emotions and practicing inner strength rather than expecting changes from others
  • Communicating needs and wants in a mindful, yet direct and honest way whilst taking in account the nature of masculine and feminine differences

Essentially, we bring awareness where before there was misunderstanding and lack of key considerations. When a deeper understanding of the problematic behaviors is acquired, clients  learn to take responsibility for their own responses and communication. It is a journey that requires work with pride and ego in order to change ineffective communication and attitude habits.

The coaching is in reality a training which helps people take responsibility for the present moment difficulties and develop stronger mental and emotional resilience. Sustaining the change

My job is to guide clients so they are able to apply the wisdom they learn along the training into daily situations and monitor the progress with my continuous support until it is necessary to do so.

At the end of the coaching engagement, clients have developed a tailor-made toolbox of mindful habits that empower them to manage their stress and anxiety with much greater awareness and inner strength to cultivate and feel the peace they desire so deeply.  You become an ambassador of harmonious behavior within the workplace as well as in your home; simply because you lead by example. Oftentimes, this deep self-awareness and its practical daily implementations harmonize the overall nature of relationships and create progressive changes in others too.
